VilMill^TM air-permeable mat with adhesive on a coil for cutting through workpieces on the vacuum clamping chuck (VT003) or the adapter plate (VT023) especially for small workpieces.

Application
Place the VilMill^TM mat on the adapter plate (VT023), which is placed on vacuum clamping chuck (VT022,) or place it on the vacuum clamping chuck (VT003). Place the workpiece on the vacuum clamping surface with the VilMill^TM mat between them and make sure vacuum is present. In case of the adapter plate (VT023) the vacuum clamping surface may be adapted to the workpiece with the aid of an o-ring cord (VA00553). Because of this it is possible to reduce the vacuum leakage to an minimum. In both cases, the vacuum clamping surface need not to be filled completely with a workpiece.
